What exactly does this compare?
Prices for identical supplier SKUs, adjusted by units per pack. It flags new or missing codes, duplicate SKUs, currency changes and incompatible units. It does not guess that two different product codes represent the same item.
Can I use Excel or PDF price lists?
For Excel, save the relevant sheet as CSV UTF-8 first. This version does not read XLSX, PDF or scanned files. Use one header row and remove totals, merged cells and explanatory rows.
Are the files uploaded or saved?
Your price-list contents are processed in this browser and held in memory. We don't upload or save them. Refreshing or clearing loses the session, so download your report first. Cloudflare hosts the website and receives ordinary web requests; feedback is sent only if you choose to email it.
Is this a subscription or an ERP integration?
No. The current pilot is free. There is no payment, automatic renewal or write-back to another system. The export is an audit report, not an ERP import template. Discounts, tax, freight, exchange rates and changes in product specifications need separate review.
